HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER ON JoJo?

To make purchases on jojolifeandstyle.com you do not need to register; however, we suggest you create an account to access exclusive areas and services dedicated to our customers.

Discover our products from our Home Page selections, by choosing a category from the menu, or by using the website's internal search.

Product information

On each product page, you will find all available sizes and colors and a description of the item. Click on the product image to zoom in and see all of the details.

How to order

From the item page, select the desired color and size of the product.
Add the product to your Bag.
Once you have finished shopping, click on Bag.
Enter your shipping details and select a shipping method.
On the following page, enter your payment method and your payment details.
Check that the information you entered is correct and click “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT".
After a few minutes you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order.
From this moment will take care of everything and as soon as the order ships we will notify you with another confirmation e-mail with the tracking number of your parcel.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WAS PLACED SUCCESSFULLY?

After your order is submitted you will be directed to an order confirmation page with your order number. If you’ve reached this page, you can be assured your order did go through and will be processed. You should also receive an e-mail confirmation shortly after your order is submitted.

In addition, you can log into your JoJo account and view the order under Outstanding Orders. If the order is not listed it did not go through and you will need to place it again.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DOES JoJo ACCEPT?

JoJo accepts Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard and Paypal. We do NOT accept cheques. Please note that we only accept one form of payment per order.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

• Greece: 2.50€ / 2kg Free on orders over 60€
• Europe: 7.00€ / 500gr Free on orders over 90€
  +Cyprus, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Iceland and Norway
• Rest of the world: 9.00€ / 500gr Free on orders over 150€

Yes, we ship to most locations around the world.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

• Greece: 2 - 4 working days
• Europe: 7-10 working days
  + Cyprus, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Iceland and Norway
• Rest of the world: Please contact us.

With the completion of your order, when the package has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation e-mail with the tracking number of your parcel.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

We accept unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused Item(s) with all original tags/labels attached, purchased exclusively from jojolifeandstyle.com within 10 days from the date of purchase.

Make sure the product you return or exchange is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, together with a proof of purchase otherwise we will be unable to accept your return or exchange and issue a refund.

* Underwear, earrings and cosmetics cannot be returned or exchanged.

* Returns for swimwear will be accepted if the protective gusset and labelling have not been removed.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Step 1: Complete the jojolifeandstyle.com return form.
You can easily download the return form by clicking on the following link – Return Form.

Step 2: Package items
You can use your original JoJo shipment box or any unmarked cardboard box — just make sure there are no existing shipping labels or stickers on the box!

Step 3: Ship back to JoJo with your order number.

DOES JoJo OFFER FREE SHIPPING ON RETURNS?

JoJo does not offer free shipping on returns.

DOES JoJo OFFER FREE SHIPPING ON EXCHANGES?

JoJo does not offer free shipping on exchanges for customers outside of Greece. You are eligible, if you live in Greece, for a first free exchange on clothing and shoes, if the size you ordered is not the right one. Please notice that, in this case, you should use the same mail courier that we use.

WHICH METHOD OF SHIPPING SHOULD I USE TO SEND MY PURCHASE BACK?

You can ship your package back to us with the mail carrier of your choice. We strongly advise that you secure a tracking number for your return, as JoJo will not be liable for any return packages lost in transit. If you are liable for a free return, you then should use the same mail carrier with us.

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

In an effort to get our shipments to our customers as quickly as possible, your order can be cancelled within one day.

Please refer to our returns & exchanges instructions on how to return your order once you receive it. If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to you.

Once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets the conditions above,your money will be refunded to you in 10 working days time.

You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including any currency conversion and/or local or international taxes.
